Do you offer any long term hire discounts?

Answer: Yes, this depends on the time of year.

How long should I allow for the handover when I come to collect the motorhome?

Answer: 1 to 2 hours.

When can I collect the motorhome?

Answer: Mid afternoon (3pm) on the day of collection.

When do I have to return the motorhome?

Answer: Mid morning (10am) on the day of return.

Can I be collected from an Airport or Railway Station?

Answer: Yes, at an additional cost.

Do you have anywhere I can leave my car whilst I am away?

Answer: Yes, our Depots are fully secure and alarmed each night.

Can I take a hired motorhome to Europe?

Answer: Yes, additional charges apply and you also need to purchase your own European Breakdown Cover.

Do they have hot and cold running water, showers, toilets and heating?

Answer: Yes

Do you give a demonstration of the motorhome workings?

Answer: Yes, you will be given a demonstration on the day of your collection.

What Insurance do you provide?

Answer: Fully comprehensive, £500 excess, all damage 6ft from ground and above is customer's responsibility.

What MPG can I expect from the motorhome?

Answer: Approx 25 MPG.

Do you have any motorhomes with automatic transmission?

Answer: No.

Can I smoke in the motorhome?

Answer: No.

Are pets allowed in the motorhome?

Answer: Yes, small pets are allowed and an additional charge applies.  The motorhome must also be completely free of pet hair on return.

Are gas and mains hook up leads provided in the motorhome?

Answer: Yes.

What happens if something inside the motorhome breaks while we are on holiday?

Answer: Call our Freephone Number 08000 352 659 in the first instance. We have a 24 hour engineer on hand and this number will be given to you on the day of collection.

Are motorhomes all right-hand drive?

Answer: Yes.

Do any of your motorhomes have tow bars fitted to them?

Answer: The Europe 930 has a tow bar fitted - please call us to confirm if this is an absolute requirement - you must also obtain your own insurance as we can't insure to tow.

What happens if I am in a collision?

Answer: Obtain the full details, take photos and call our Freephone Number 08000 352 659.

What happens if I breakdown?

Answer: Full UK Breakdown Cover is provided.

Can I have more than one driver?

Answer: Yes, additional charges apply.
